Alan Uyemura, O.D.

Dr. Alan Uyemura has been providing trusted vision care to the Fresno community since 1983. Born and raised in Fresno, he completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley before earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry.

With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Uyemura is known for his calm, reassuring approach and his commitment to patient-first care. He enjoys getting to know each patient and providing personalized recommendations that support clear, comfortable vision at every stage of life.

Outside the office, Dr. Uyemura enjoys traveling and staying active through running.
